Without previously approved / legal surveyed drawings or without providing a current site survey to verify, Finish Your Chores will not be held responsible or liable for inaccurate dimensions of the subject site or property lines.  

*Existing foundation and framing is only drawn by visual inspections only. Construction elements underground or inside walls or between floors that are covered up are based on 

assumptions and incorrect elements drawn by Finish Your Chores will not be held responsible or liable. 

*Property owner's authorization to expose existing elements (i.e.: exterior siding, flooring system, drywall, wall tiles, or similar finishes, etc.) is negotiable.

*Additional disclosures, restrictions or conditions will be specified on contract.

*Handyman or other services listed or not listed above are subject to certain restrictions or special conditions such as rates, travel or commuting rates, material cost, and/or other similar conditions not related to actual labor cost or services.
